RENTAL APPLICATION & PROCEDURES
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING
All future occupants over the age of 18 must submit a Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) application and Authorization to Release Information document, along with a copy of their ID and proof of income.
Application fees are $75 per application. Payment must be made in a cashier's check or money order payable to Tree Realty, LLC.
Applicants must meet the following Qualifying Rental Criteria
The combined household income must be at least 3X the monthly rent.
Each applicant must have at least a 580+ credit score
Must have the minimum of two years of positive, verifiable rental history
Applicants with felony criminal history will be denied.
SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION
Please mail or drop off you application, along with your application fee (certified funds) at the office.
All documents must be included.(Copy of Photo ID, Proof of Income, Completed Application)
Please note that we will not process incomplete applications or those lacking the application fee payment.
Our office will notify you as soon as your application is approved or denied.
Security deposits are due within 48 hours of approval.
Payments must be made in the form of a money order or cashier's check payable to Tree Realty, LLC.
Our office will draft your lease, and will schedule an appointment with you to sign, and pick up keys. Please make sure you read the New Tenant Move-In Sheet and Tree Realty, LLC Policies and Procedures prior to moving in.
Your Inventory and Condition form is used to document the state of your unit upon move-in. If you have a maintenance issue, make sure to login to your online tenant portal to submit a maintenance request. The Inventory and Condition form is due within 48 hours of your lease start date.
